Ah. He's bishounen. That's what you meant. ^^ Yeah, that's a big thing for women here in the US. He does look like that though, and I'm sure that's what they were going for when he was drawn. The fact that they make the guy is so sexy he looks like a girl... which is kinda weird, but still about as much of a fan base as yaoi for women or yuri for men. Isn't that a huge cultural thing though in Japan?

I also think public presentations(and on stage) are embarrassing, but you can always wear a mask(like that one on the photo) during the process. It would make you not only a talented artist - also an eccentric talented artist!

To be honest, the self portrait that won silver was my only my second attempt at real human faces in photoshop. Once I gain more experience I could probably write a tutorial on it xD

There are 12 volumes of DN manga so far... wikipedia tells us that in the 13th Volume L will tell his real name... but still, I can't force myself to read the manga - that would spoil me the anime series :/

I've already read the 12 volumes before the anime started. There are some chapters I don't like (after someone's death). It's a bit boring and tiring to read them and I don't like the end. I'm a Yaoi-Fan and my favourite couple is Light X L! But this couple is impossible.

*Cough.* It's not that easy. And I have CCCP installated . The problem is with my videocard and it's compatibility, it's acting weird with colours. So only after long time trying with differend codecs, drivers, colour schemes etc I have made working it kinda properly. O___o. But now no screenshots. I just can't bring myself to upgrade my PC. I guess I should try one more time with playback options though =)))

I suggest you make an anime version when more episodes appear, giving you some materials. You can also smoothly colour some puzzles to give it more life

Hm, I like the idea, maybe I will use it later. Though I dunno how I should work out manga panels with anime screenshots since I want to have Near and Mello in it. But it gives me some interesting challenge. =)) Though sadly I have problems with codecs and I can't take screenshots. More challenges, I guess

I looked up some satelite weather maps for Poland and it does look like you've had some pretty intense weather. But, I have to tell you that it wasn't a hurricane :P. I know it's been raining like crazy over there though. I'll have to speak with my family in Wroclaw and ask them how they're doing.

In the Beaufort scale, the highest wind-speed category is called "hurricane" :> (110 kmph)Since Central Europe is quite far from the Ocean, by "hurricane" I mean "not typhoon" Anyway, the wind destroyed many power lines in the north part of the country, but not mine. It's true, Poland is pretty save as it's got a fairly small coastline. But even there crazy things are happening. The idea to built dams is pretty silly I think. Seems like it should be easier to just stop using fossil fuels :P.
